How we handle your details

RasaLuxeon is a vegetarian delivery kitchen in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. This notice explains what personal data we collect through rasaluxeon.com and WhatsApp, why, and what you can do about it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Waitlist sign-up: your name, WhatsApp number and delivery area.
• State vote: the state you vote for. A vote on its own is not linked to your name or number.
• Orders on WhatsApp: your name, number, delivery address and what you order, so we can cook, deliver and invoice it.
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.

Why we use it

• To message you on WhatsApp about our launch, new State of the Month specials and offers, only if you ticked the consent box.
• To understand which areas want us, so we plan deliveries well.
• To take, deliver and invoice your orders, and to answer complaints.

We use your details only for these purposes. We never sell them.

Who else handles it

• Waitlist and vote entries are stored in a Google Sheet (Google LLC) that only the RasaLuxeon founders can open.
• Our website host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages we exchange with you.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until 12 months after our launch, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices and rights

• Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time to stop messages. That withdraws your consent.
• Email food.rasaluxeon@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your details, or to raise a complaint. We reply within 7 days.
• If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

The waitlist is for adults. If you are under 18, please do not sign up.

Changes
